Order Processing

How long does it take to process my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Question #1: What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Transit time: 6-8 business days (Monday - Friday)

Returns & Refunds

Question #4: What is your refund policy?
We strive for the highest customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information.

Question #5: What are the refund conditions?
To qualify for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, products must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned with all accessories provided and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging.

  • If the product or packaging is damaged beyond normal inspection use, we may deduct depreciation from the refunded amount.

Question #6: Are there any exceptions to the refund policy?

Question #7: How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
